“I have found the Warren Munitz’ cnline course to be very beneficial in my personal life and professional life, and even as a mother. The illustrations combined with audio are insightful, and q personal growth and meditation online course is convenient for my busy life, especially in times where I am not able to see my professional life coach one on one.

I find it keeps me grounded, improves my decision making in general, and gives me a more holistic approach to my personal life.

Spending a few minutes in my course daily, or even weekly clears out a lot of the clutter from my mind, and is helping me to relax more, focus more, achieve the quality meaningful life I aspire too, and move to the next level of my life.”

“Warren’s approach continues to have an extremely positive and lasting impact on my mind and in my life. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to learn how to manage their stress, expand their awareness of the inner dimension, experience inner peace and experience enlightenment.”

“The coaching I received from Warren has led to the deepest and most meaningful introspection to date (I am not that young, so had tried a few times before), and to sweeping changes in my approach to life. This is no ordinary coaching where you are given tools and advice to deal with issues, case by case. This is an all-encompassing approach. My conversations with Warren and the generous guidance I received have radically changed my mental map. I am now aware that I am not alone facing the world. I am in the world, living life. I am connected at the core of myself, with the source of life, infinite, generous, compassionate, and with no judgment. The daily meditation practice becomes essential. It helps you reach the depths of your subconscious and beyond to tackle any perceived problems as they arise.”

“Working with Warren has been a life changing experience, and has felt like a secret advantage at a time when I’ve really needed to show up for family, employees, shareholders and other stakeholders, not to mention myself. His approach helps you find an unending source of inner strength, happiness and compassion, which is something we could all do with. His coaching enables you to work through unresolved issues which may be blockers, and to live out a life of purpose and better fulfilment of your true potential. My relationships and life outlook have all changed for the better, and I’ve referred friends, family and peers to Warren, to experience this amazing shift for themselves.”

“I was drawn to this coach training programme following my own transformational journey with Integrative Coaching. I experienced first-hand the coaching approach and was fascinated by the transformation it had in all areas of my life.

Through this programme I have discovered so much more about myself, my relationships with others, how to realise my own potential and how to help others realise their potential. The structure and content of this course is unlike any others, and because of this, it has been instrumental in developing my capacity and capability to become a professional life coach.”

Each of us plays our own game.  So, is it really possible to find a coach to guide us on this complex playing field that we call life?  The answer is yes; but there are very few coaches that can guide in a non-judgmental, open and person-centred way.  I have really enjoyed and grown with Warren’s thoughtful guidance.  His approach clearly comes from years of experience and having travelled the same path that he is so adept at navigating.  Through Warren’s prompting and curiosity, he has helped me to reveal many aspects of my thinking and perception that otherwise would have remained hidden. Thank you Warren for your insights and wisdom.

“Most of my life I perceived the world around me as cold, indifferent and hostile. I felt alone and scared most of the time. I did not feel that I belong in this world, being alive. I have tried very hard to make my life better and to make my sadness go away. My father tried to medicate me without success. I tried introspection on my own, but it felt like was going in circles of judgment, shame and guilt. I started to see a psychiatrist and psychologist and found some medication that seemed to work for me on certain levels, but still, the empty void got worse and worse. Aftera couple years of seeking medical treatment my doctors were happy with my progress and suggested that I can continue with the medication on my own.

I had  joint intentions behind finding a life coach, one was to advance my career after I completed my MBA and did not see the results I was looking for and secondly I hoped that my depression can be treated too. “Life Coaching” was a new buzz word 6 years ago, so I did some research and came across Warren’s website.

We all identify with a state of being. My label was depression. I felt worthless and thought my father did not love me and did not want to be with me.  It felt valued and that my existence matters only when I performed well. I lived with a deep underlying sadness and my emotions oscillated between the little joys of success and my shameful failures. This oscillating emotion was very hurtful, so I guess I tried to escape it by labelling myself as depressed and that there was something wrong with me I had to fix.

As my sessions with Warren evolved I realized the extent of my attachment to sadness and that it is only a symptom of a deeper dysfunctional cause. With self-discovery and realization, I found my true worth. My depression and sadness lessened and I stopped medication a couple of years ago. I don’t strive for perfection anymore. Warren is passionate and extremely patient. He showed me that the path is all about acceptance of my perceived childhood, my identifications, my attachment and my fear of facing my emotions and the truth.

Warren has real-world wisdom and impeccable work ethic. He has a rare ability with his coaching to make the obscure a reality for his clients and a pragmatic way. Warren takes full accountability in his coaching methods and techniques. I experience Warren as no non-judgemental, accommodating and I feel unconditionally inclusive in our sessions. Warren enables me and he teaches me coping skills that by far exceed my fear of letting go.  Warren has an enormous wealth of knowledge, but never gives advice or steer me in a direction, he facilitates a safe space where I can discover myself.

I discovered how to accept the ups and downs of life by bringing my shadow side into the light.  I know now my life is in my own hands and with the right support structures, anything is possible. I no longer work from a space of resisting fear, but being open and embracing my fear on my journey towards wholeness. In this instantaneous world of self-gratification, I discovered that it is only in being authentic, that I can get access to my true emotions, anger, pain, sadness, and joy. With that came the understanding of facing my truth, reality and the structures I unconsciously put in place to cope as a child.

With Warren’s passionate and truthful guidance, I gained access to a part of me I forgot existed. I realized that a lifelong journey of self-discovery takes a lot of courage, patience, dedication, and trust. One of my biggest challenges was to set up my meditation discipline and practice. I think it is mostly because meditation can be a very doubting and daunting experience. It is during these times that I realized how important support structures are.

I would like to introduce you to a new course that Warren recently put together. Unfortunately, I did not have the luxury of meditation support on this level when I started out, but now you do. I enrolled in this course a while ago and think the content is brilliantly put together. I already see the great value of this course to the extent that it has become an absolute necessity to me.

If you are ready to look past your own reflection inwards and deepen your spiritual practice, this is your opportunity for someone to take your hand during this long and hard road that lies ahead of us. Please consider enrolling and give yourself the learning experience you so greatly deserve.

Anke Becker

Integrative Coach & NueroPhysics Therapist

“I initially started sessions with Warren because I had come to an end in the road, I could no longer help myself and everything I had tried was proving futile. A friend recommended Warren to me and I figured I had nothing to lose. All I knew was that I needed to change beliefs, behaviours and the trajectory I was on and I didn’t know how to do that on my own.

The moment I had my first session with Warren I knew that this was the path I wanted to walk. The one that was meant for me. Not only personally, but as a professional. I could really make a difference in the lives of others if I trained to be a coach with Warren.

Warrens’ course content is very thorough – it is in line with a university degree in my opinion. Covering topics such as psychology and philosophy and exploring other alternative therapies such as meditation and hypnotherapy that can be incorporated into coaching.

I did sessions with Warren for years as part of my self-development journey and my coach training (practical hours). You have to do the work yourself in order to fully understand what it takes to dedicate yourself to this journey – only then will you fully understand where your clients are coming from and where they are going. Only then can you fully show up for them and be there for them.

I use my integrative training in all areas of my life, not only in a client-coach setting. It flows into my personal relationships, work relationships and has had a visible impact on the quality of my everyday life.”

Barry Nortje

Integrative Coach (Student)

“I highly recommend undertaking the coaching training as it will completely change your life. Warren and supporting coaches will guide and hold space for you whilst you learn how to navigate your conscious and unconscious mind, which will allow you to alleviate suffering as well as set yourself free from the past – mental structures, stored emotions or past events that keep repeating themselves in your mind. The training is not easy as you’re having to face yourself, come to terms with how much you’re projecting onto others, build a relationship with emotions and integrate subject matter by letting go of past versions of yourself. Whilst this is taxing and very challenging, it is well worth it if you want to live the best life possible.”

Thania Khan

Medical Registrar (Doctor)

“Warren has been instrumental in guiding me through an inward journey of self-discovery and enlightenment, and in gaining clarity on some fundamental issues which I’ve always struggled with. Where other channels and attempts have failed, Warren has managed to assist me in developing skills to deal with internal and external conflicts, stressful situations, and life’s daily challenges. I’d encourage anyone looking to make lasting meaningful life changes to seek guidance from Warren.”

Sean Ravenhill

“I came to Warren not knowing what to expect, all I knew was that I was having major difficulty navigating my life, emotions, and career and that I needed some help. With Warren’s guidance and coaching, I’ve been able to recognize parts of me that I did not even realize I have been resisting. Warren has helped guide me on the first steps of a great journey to what I believe is the path of a much happier and harmonious life and helped me to recognize the tools to do this have existed within me all this time.”

George Stander

“With Warren’s guidance, I was able to encounter and discuss my deepest vulnerabilities without fear of judgment. Helping me to confront deep-seated beliefs with compassion and patience, Warren cultivated a space of immense trust. Warren does not believe in quick fixes, his method is real, raw, and life-changing – reaching into every aspect of your life. My view of the world and my place in it has completely changed for the better. I am immensely grateful for Warren and will forever cherish our sessions, it has been one of the best investments I have ever made.”
