From as early on as my teens I suffered from undiagnosed anxiety and depression. I used to worry about almost everything all the time, I never felt that I was good enough and woke up every day with an intense feeling of dread. It was a crippling experience that wore me down.

I felt that I couldn’t go on anymore and at my lowest moment, I contemplated ending it all. But then I realised that if died that day, my whole life would have been pointless; empty and without meaning; No Purpose!

It was in this moment that I decided to dedicate my life to learning how the human mind works and creating techniques to reduce stress. The more I discovered, the more I realised I was tapping into a much greater part of my being, my existence, a state of being that seemed to already be centred, balanced and whole.

Once you begin to take control of your focus, perceptions and how you motivate yourself, life becomes exhilarating. You become inspired. Today my life is drastically different. I am no longer a slave to stress. I lead a life of purpose and meaning.
