What is NLP life Coaching
NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) is a study of excellence, which describes how our thinking produces our behaviour, and allows us to model excellence and to reproduce that behaviour.
Neuro – The nervous system (the mind), through which our experience is processed via the five senses (Visual, Auditory, Kinaesthetic, Olfactory, Gustatory).
Linguistic – Verbal and non-verbal communication systems through which our neural representations are coded, ordered and given meaning: (Pictures, Sounds, Feelings, Tastes, Smells, Self-Talk (words))
Programming – The ability to discover and utilize the programs that we run (our communication to ourselves and others) in our neurological systems to achieve our specific and desired outcomes.
NLP is how to use the language of the mind to consistently achieve our specific and desired outcomes.
Most people want better or different results in their lives. The question is what creates the results your getting in your life in the first place? It has to be behaviour; it has to be some form of action. If you do something you get a result. If you do something else, you get a different result, right?
So, in order to change the results we’ve got, we need to change our behaviour, to really change our behaviour we need to find what is causing the behaviour.
All behaviour is preceded by a thought; there is always some sort of thinking, consciously or unconsciously before each action. We always have the thought of it first, and then we produce the behaviour so that means we need to change our thinking in order to change the behaviour.
Where do our thoughts come from? What is causing them to happen, and aren’t we totally in charge of our thinking? I’m sure you are aware of the fact that most of your thinking is pretty much on autopilot, right? When was the last time you were really thinking about something deeply? And then compare the amount of that kind of thinking to your whole day’s worth of living and thinking and doing this process automatically… Now you get the idea that most of our thinking process is automated already, or unconscious.
In NLP and in most ancient traditions believe that your unconscious mind (or conditioned mind) – your belief system and your hierarchy of values will determine your thinking, your attitude, which will produce behaviour, which will get you some results.
Your values state what is important to you and what isn’t. Your belief system is dictating your perception, it’s ever changing set of beliefs, supporting or rejecting your ideas, your thoughts that come from your values.

Whatever your belief system believes to be the true becomes the truth for you.
So, in order to change any results in your life, being health, relationships, business… we need to make the changes where it really counts – deep in your unconscious mind, where your values and beliefs are stored. This is what NLP does in essence, although there is so much more to it, so much more! NLP will make you a master communicator, master negotiator, you will understand how people think, what is important to them and what isn’t, NLP will make your proposals irresistible to people, they will like you, without an apparent reason, and they will gladly listen to what you have to say. NLP will open many doors in your life. NLP is useful in any and all areas of your life!
One of the presuppositions of NLP is The Map is Not the Territory. We as human beings can never really perceive reality. All we can do is know our perceptions of reality. Our perception of reality is our neurological map we use to experience and interact with the world around us. It is these ‘neuro- linguistic’ maps of reality that determine our behaviour and that give meanings and assign words to things, it is not reality itself. Generally it is not reality that limits us or empowers us, but ‘neuro- linguistic’ map of reality.
In NLP it is literally impossible to have the one ‘right’ map of the world. The objective is to create the richest map possible that respects nature and ecology of ourselves and the world we live in. The most effective people in the world have a ‘neuro-linguistic’ map of allowing them the greatest number of available choices and perspectives. Excellence comes from having many choices. Wisdom comes from having multiple perspectives.
NLP LIFE COACHING NEXT LEVEL
I have taken NLP coaching to the next level. I have worked to develop an integrative method of life therapy. This method is the most powerful way to make changes in any area of one’s life, career, business, relationship, health for example. But I have discovered that there is even more.
What emerged is the discovery into our deepest nature. It is the understanding of how the unconscious mind can heal and transform our lives if we are ready to make this journey. Through meditation and my own personal development, I have developed a form of coaching more advanced than NLP Coaching. Integrated new methods into the coaching process to create a far more sustainable way to achieve real change in my clients.
A life force or universal force flows through everything. You have felt it. It is vital to our human experience. You are part of that experience. It is beyond our thoughts, beyond anything that we can describe. But we can feel it. We can experience it on the deepest levels of our souls. By rediscovering your Intimate Self, your True Nature will connect to the most vital aspect of the universe.
